The review is based on Customer service experience. 5 stars for calling and confirming if someone will be home because during the delivery date, as it was going to be scorching hot and they didn’t want to leave flowers outside to wilt. When Laura from Devonwoods delivered the flowers they rang the doorbell and no one answered. They called me the one who purchased the flowers and I asked if ok if I can call them back. Devonwoods was willing to wait for a few minutes while I called the person who was to receive the flowers. Luckily, they were about 5 mins away and was going back home. I called Devonwoods and let them know that it’s ok to leave it out and will be picked up in a few minutes. That’s great service. They were very personable and considerate. The recipient liked the flowers.
